Ideal position. We had my 3 year old granddaughter with us, she loved having her own bedroom and bathroom. It's a lovely old style house with mod cons. Great position for town or sea front .

Description

LOW OCCUPANCY DISCOUNT NOW. 3-bedroom period property near the seafront.

This Georgian Town house dates from 1780 and the layout reflects the era being set out over 4 floors with steep and winding stairs in places... There are sea views from the upper floors.

This is well-equipped but no-frills holiday accommodation. It represents good value for its size, facilities and location.

You enter the cottage from St Sepulchre Street into the front reception room which has seating and TV and leads into an open-plan kitchen/diner and then to the large, enclosed rear yard.

The rear kitchen/dining room is a great area to gather, socialise and dine and has a  bench and chairs, extending dining table and TV.  The kitchen is fully-equipped with cooker, hob and extractor, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washer.

From the kitchen the back door opens into the garden. This area is paved and completely enclosed and has views over to the Castle and surrounding Old Town cottages.
NOTE: this garden area is a huge bonus in central Scarborough - where private outdoor space is at a premium.

Stairs from the front room lead to the first floor. Here is a shower room with basin and WC and the first of the bedrooms... a lovely single with views of St Sepulchre Street.

The second and third floors each have no-nonsense double rooms with modern en-suite facilities. You can see the sea over the rooftops from these bedrooms.

The en-suite facilities throughout are brand new and of high quality and each provides a WC, wash basin and shower.

Expect stripped-back design and bare brick walls.

Very nice and clean holiday home. I stayed here with my wife and 2 children and were not disappointed. The cottage is very well equipped with everything you would need. All rooms were very clean. Big bonus for the property is the 3 bathrooms so there was no waiting around when you were trying to get sorted. The location of the property is really good, it is literally just 2 streets from Scarborough seafront. It is located a few minutes walk from the town centre. I would definitely stay here again.
