From Esplanade Road 3 small steps and a short path take you to the main entrance door. There is a large entrance foyer with period features - 2 short flights of stairs (carpeted) with wooden banister and handrails (18 stairs all) take you to the main door of the apartment. (there are only 2 apartments in the building, the other is above Spa Side Apartment).
The lounge is beautifully presented with quality soft furnishings. A sumptuous corner sofa and easy chair, electric fire and surround, TV/DVD, CD, radio, books and games encourage relaxation. There is also a Docking Station for electrical devices. The extending dining table and chairs share this wonderful spacious reception room.
Catering for yourself will be a pleasure in the recently fitted kitchen. There's all you would expect at this level ... electric cooker and ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster and microwave, kitchen table and 4 chairs. An iron and ironing board and clothes airer are provided for your use. The back kitchen door opens on to the fire-escape...it catches the morning sun, so it's pleasant to have the door open on a warm day when using the kitchen. You can see Oliver's Mount from the side kitchen window.
The bedrooms are extremely well-furnished and inviting. The main one is a double with wardrobe, drawers, bedside cabinets and lamps. The second is a twin with 3ft single beds, wardrobe, drawers and a bedside cabinet and lamp.
There’s a really classy new fully-tiled bathroom with shower over the bath, WC, washbasin and heated towel radiator.

Situated in Scarborough’s wonderful South Cliff area between the Esplanade and the suburb of Ramshill, with views to Oliver's Mount.
The Esplanade skirts the South Cliff area which is generally regarded as the quieter side of Town.
The apartment is within a short walking distance of the Cliff Lift – which takes you quickly from the Esplanade down to the Spa Theatre and South Beach. The Spa Theatre is the venue for a wide variety of events including the famous Open-Air Orchestral Concerts. Alternatively you can stroll to the South Bay down one of the gently winding woodland pathways - perhaps pausing at the Clock Cafe or one of the many viewpoints along the way.
Scarborough’s vibrant Town Centre is reached on foot in 10-15 minutes via the Spa Footbridge ...or by car across Valley Bridge in 5 minutes. The Foreshore and Harbour are a further few minutes distant.
In the vicinity of the apartment are hotels serving good food, and providing excellent leisure facilities (day passes can be obtained)....and at Ramshill (10 mins walk inland) are take-aways, restaurants, cafes, a post office, a launderette, pharmacy and convenience stores.
