3 STAR*** This is one of a small number of cottages in the grounds of Eldin Hall; a peaceful location amidst open countryside yet only a mile from the sea at Cayton Bay.
The nearby villages offer a choice of places to eat and to buy provisions. Scarborough is 3 miles to the North and Filey 3 miles South. A good base for exploring the North York Moors and the quaint fishing villages of the North Yorkshire Coast. Whitby is 25 miles North and York less than an hour's drive away.
Eldin Hall was converted from the Scarborough Victorian pumping station and the small complex of holiday cottages have been sympathetically designed to fit in with the architecture and landscape. The grounds are very well maintained by the owners, with lawned areas, level driveways and patio and picnic furniture. The grounds are completely enclosed, making them great for families with young children.

3 STAR*** Welcoming family-friendly accommodation with safe grassy areas for children to play. The cottage comprises a lounge, kitchen, dining area, 2 shower rooms with wc and washbasins (one of which is en-suite to the master bedroom), 2 double bedrooms and a 3rd bedroom with bunk beds (most suitable for children). Included in the tariff are bed linen, towels, oil central heating. There are shared laundry facilities (for which there is a small charge - you should be able to wash & dry a load for £1).
Plenty of parking. Cot & High Chair available on request at no extra charge.
One small well-behaved dog is welcome. Other pets by arrangement with owner.
