The house is only a 10 minute walk from Scarborough Sea Life Centre at Scalby Mills. Peasholm Park is a 5 minute car journey or 1/2 mile walk along the wonderfully scenic North Bay Promenade. The very centre of Scarborough is only about 1 1/2 miles distant. There's a family-friendly pub serving good food just up the road, along with a garage selling basic provisions, and a well-stocked minimart 1/2 m away. Regular buses into Scarborough from bus stop nearby. North Cliff Golf Course on the doorstep. Handy for the road to Whitby (20 miles) and the North York Moors National Park (5 miles). FULLY BOOKED ....4 STAR**** This is a very smart, recently-refurbished 3-bedroomed semi-detached house sleeping 5 guests. On the ground floor - off an entrance hallway - are the high-quality modern kitchen, and the spacious dining room through lounge. Patio doors open from the dining room onto a patio and beyond to a lawned garden which is enclosed and screened by mature shrubs. To the first floor are good-sized double, twin and single bedrooms. The bathroom has a bath and separate shower cubicle. Adjacent is a separate WC (there's another loo in the cloakroom on ground floor). Lovely gardens front and rear and a really pleasant rural/woodland outlook to front. The drive is suitable for a small car but there's also plenty of easy parking on this quiet residential street. Bed linen is provided (kindly bring your own towels). Gas central heating. No meters. Sorry no pets or smoking allowed.
