Perfect place for a BBQ, safe for children or pets and very practical for cleaning off and storing beach gear - (small BBQ, beach chairs, body boards and windbreak are provided). Beautiful, high-quality, period property with lots of original features, sympathetically decorated and furnished. The light, spacious lounge has a dining area in the bay window overlooking the garden and with a glimpse of the sea and view of Oliver's Mount. It has an open fire, plenty of comfortable seating and TV/DVD. The flat has 1 main bedroom and an occasional second bedroom. The large bedroom has a king-size bed, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside tables and lamps and ottoman. The second bedroom has a 3 foot single bed, chest of drawers, hanging rail and bedside lamps. This room is situated off the lounge but has separate access to the bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen is fully-equipped and has a dining table as an alternative to the one in the lounge. The bathroom has a bath, wc, washbasin and separate shower cubicle. Bed linen, heating and hot water are provided but please bring your own towels.
