A 5 minute walk takes you to the towering coastal cliffs where you get spectacular sea views and can access the Cleveland Way Walk which leads south to Filey and North to Scarborough... and beyond. Regular buses pass close to Puddleduck taking you to either of the resorts. Available all year. PUDDLEDUCK RISE is close to JASMINE VIEW BUNGALOW.

3 STAR *** You enter the bungalow from the front directly into the lounge, off which is the kitchen, 2 bedrooms and the bathroom. There is a double and a twin room (with 2ft 6in beds so most suitable for children). Each has wardrobes and drawers and reading lamps and although quite small are smart, spotless and well-presented.. making best use of the space. The bathroom has a big corner bath & electric shower over, wc and hand washbasin. The lounge has lots of comfy seating and a dining table/chairs. The kitchen is small but very well equipped. The electric cooker has just 2 hobs and a small oven with grill, but there is also a microwave.

This excellent property benefits from a south-facing patio from which you have delightful views over farmland to the Wolds in the distance.

Sorry no cot or high chair is available. Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge.. No meters. NO smoking or pets are allowed...
