Bedwyn's is a local, family-run business, specialising in letting holiday properties in the Scarborough area, on behalf of property owners living in Scarborough and elsewhere.
We are an independent agency; small enough to provide a personal service to all our customers and property owners, but large enough to offer a wide choice of properties all around this area.
Our office is open for at least 70 hours per week, throughout the year, during which time you can speak to a member of staff. Whoever you speak to will be familiar with every property and its location. Outside office hours, a message can be left on an answering machine or sent by email and will be responded to as soon as we re-open.
All the properties advertised by us, are put through a yearly inspection.
Inspections are carried out by an independent body, who follow nationally-recognised guidelines and give a star rating to each property.
Star Ratings are designed to give a reliable indicator of the level of quality of accommodation that can be expected.

Prices are clearly stated by us - on the phone, in our literature and on our website - so that customers are aware of the amount they will pay for their holiday from the outset.
Neither pets, gas, electricity nor bed linen are charged for and where parking permits, towels, cots and high-chairs are advertised as being provided, they are supplied free.
Our prices are reasonable and competitive. We inform potential customers of any discounts available. We always have Special offers advertised on the Home Page of our web site. These represent genuine savings on the price usually charged.
Our user-friendly website is updated and checked daily to ensure we are providing the most accurate information. Viewers can see images of all properties (outside and in) and get up-to-date availability and (if the property is available) an automatically calculated price for the period they want.
Our booking periods are ultra-flexible outside High Season.
Holiday-makers can stay from anything from 2 nights to 6 weeks - arriving on any day. The longer the stay the cheaper per night it becomes. |
